UNSETTLED 1.0
Unsettled 1.0 examines how the female body is viewed, recognised and visually consumed. Through fragmentation, layering, covering and erasure, bodily forms emerge and dissolve across the painted surface, disrupting the viewer’s ability to perceive and possess the body as a clear and stable image.

UNSETTLED 2.0
Unsettled 2.0 extends the body into landscape, vegetation and natural forms. Flesh may resemble vegetation, landscape may appear bodily, and a single brushstroke may belong simultaneously to figure, environment and paint. Through this instability, body and nature become porous, entangled and continually in transformation.
